It has been a little bit since I have updated on our Bearded Dragons. They were born around the last 2 weeks of September of 2010. We got them on October 1st 2010. So tiny and little. One has grown so huge and the other is I am not sure what is going on. It has gotten hurt so I am sure that is it's problem.

We assume it fell off the rock..backwards. Yes Alfredo found him, he said he had just checked them. They both were fine, the one in question on the rock. When he came back out of the room and he looked while passing them, it was bent backwards? Alfredo picked it up so carefully and gently, so scared and not knowing what to do or say. He watch as this poor tiny baby dragon in what seemed like a "scream" in pain with it's mouth wide open as it then straightened out onto it's belly across Alfredo's palm. He held it for a long time. Putting it up to the light often, giving it water. We wondered if we were watching it die in slow painful death. Alfredo took the rock out that night and for a few more nights after that. It's a heat rock for night-time. it gets a bit chilly at night for them here, yeah I know it's Florida, but they were cold.
So it was a full week and a half before we could get it to even eat, it even took 3 days for it to take a few drops of water. It has been like 6 weeks since this terrible accident. It no longer is in it's paralyzed state as of about 2 weeks ago, it even showed us it poops last week! Though I have only seen it once, so not sure how often it should be, to be considered healthy. We can get it to eat 2-3 crickets by hand only every other day, it is still fairly weak. It is great to see when it gets bursts of energy and you see it walking around the cage. It is still very small compared to the other one which is a monster now!
We are still nursing it back to health, increased the light time and strength, and give calcium in it's water. All crickets are gut loaded, so I hope it continues to get better and starts to show more signs of improvements and getting better and gets big soon.
